Our ultimate goal is for you to ensure the best experience for our customers and keep you delighted. To that effect, we would like to set expectations on our shipping policies.

We offer free shipping on all our products across all parts of Australia – capital cities and regional areas. We are currently exploring options for international fulfilment. Our orders are usually shipped almost immediately and will usually take about 5-7 business days to reach you, if you reside in a Metropolitan area or 10-15 days if you are in a regional area (CoVID restriction timelines).

 

Once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link via email (if you have provided us with your email).

 

This will make it easier for you to track your shipment. If you fail to receive an email from our side containing the tracking and order information, please drop a quick email with your order number at info@progenystores.com.au and we will make sure you receive the required information and link as quickly as possible.

 

In the event that your shipment has shown up and you are inaccessible to get it, and you don't give us the permission to leave it close to your house, front door or any other accessible area, the courier will arrange a re-delivery for you.
